We came in with a group of 9 family members from Malaysia.The checkin was done in late night and we were travelling from far. The team received us well and checked in without hassle. Good team work and coordination amougst the front office led by the GM. The spread of food at the buffet breakfast was also good. Overall great and satisfying experience. A place of stay with no regrets

The worst service I have ever experienced. Despite there being very few customers and most tables being empty, there were significant delays in both taking our order and delivering the food. The quality and quantity of the food were completely unsatisfactory. The dishes were bland, and the portions were small. Avoid this place if you're looking for a restaurant. A very unprofessional experience. Complete disappointment. MUST AVOID RESTAURANT
Excellent Stay at White Gate Residency, Vaikom! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Gate Residency. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is convenient and peaceful--perfect for both business and leisure trips. Room service was prompt, and the food served was delicious and hygienic. Special thanks to the management for their professionalism and warm hospitality. I highly recommend White Gate Residency to anyone visiting Vaikom. Looking forward to staying here again!
