Extremely Disappointed - Items Missing, Overpriced, and Terrible Taste I am truly disappointed with my experience at SRG family restaurant, thirumoola, thiruvalla. I ordered 3 meals and received only half of what I was supposed to. To make matters worse, the quality of the food was terrible and the prices were outrageously high. Each meal was priced at 151, which is double the price compared to similar restaurants that offer much better quality. The meal I received was supposed to include theyal, achar, mezhukupuratti, pacha moru, salad, sambar, papadam, and chor. However, one entire set of curries was missing, and the quantity of the food I received was extremely small. When I reached out to the restaurant, I was told that they "might have forgotten to add the curries." That's not an acceptable excuse, especially when you're charging such high prices. On top of that, the taste was just awful. The food lacked flavor, and the overall quality was very disappointing. I really hoped for a satisfying meal, but this experience has left me frustrated and unwilling to return. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience, and I won't be ordering from here again.
