Waited long to try this place due to poor parking. Finally got in, but totally disappointed. Hygiene was awful -- felt like a local bus stand. Food was just okay. The smell from the toilet was unbearable. Filthy interiors. Only plus: friendly staff and good hospitality.
Good food at an affordable price with a well-maintained and customer-friendly atmosphere. I had the chance to try their Charcoal Platter, which I felt was a bit overpriced at around 1200, especially considering it mostly included only varieties of chicken. That said, the food was definitely tasty and well-prepared. Their Plate Shawarma is my personal favourite--at just 100, it's a great deal for the quality and portion offered. I also tried their Masala Shawaya, which was flavorful and worth appreciating. Overall, it's a nice restaurant to stop by, especially if you're traveling between Thiruvalla and Changanassery. Good ambience, helpful staff, and food that leaves you satisfied.
| Terrible Experience - Not Recommended I had a really disappointing experience here. First of all, it took 30 minutes just for someone to come to our table and take the order. When they finally arrived, they just said "we'll come back later" and didn't even bother to ask what we wanted. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional. We felt completely ignored. On top of that, the atmosphere was uncomfortable -- the place felt cramped and poorly maintained. If you're a tall person, good luck using the washroom! The ceiling is so low that you literally have to bend down to enter. It felt like it was designed for kids, not adults. Overall, bad service, bad design, and zero hospitality. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Total waste to time..

I ate food here in the evening, and it was a very bad experience. The food quality was pathetic. Earlier when I had food here it was okay, but now it has become terrible. By night, I even had stomach pain and issues after eating. Very disappointed with the taste and hygiene. Not recommended at all
