The food here is really good, with dishes that are flavorful and freshly prepared. The service is commendable as the staff is attentive and friendly, making the dining experience pleasant. However, the ambiance can feel a bit noisy at times, and it would be much more relaxing if they played some pleasant background music to balance the atmosphere. Another nice feature is their bakery section on the ground floor, which offers a variety of fresh and tasty items to take home. Overall, it's a great place for a good meal, with room for a few improvements in ambiance.

I recently visited this bakery and ordered some items along with 5 fresh juices. As a reputed bakery, I believe more importance should be given to neatness and hygiene. I was disappointed to see the juice maker (an interstate worker) using his bare hands to take ice and put it into the bottles. This is concerning, especially when each juice costs 100 for around 300ml. At this price, the bakery is definitely earning a good margin, so providing basic hygiene practices like using gloves while handling food and drinks should not be ignored. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the standards, as customers expect better from such an established brand.

Bought a rumali roll for 90 rs and all we got is onions and capsicum stuffed into rumali. Such a waste of money. Better change the name into rumali onion roll and keep selling for 90rs.
