Hotel Ullas

The food was awesome from here.The paneer Butter masala was amazing and tasted great the hobi Manchurian was ok but paneer was way better anyway.The porota was exceptional and tasted soft and really good the Noodles was also good but the issue is more than Noodles there was way more vegetables than Noodles also the vegetables were cut in big peices which I wasn't a fan of it but the spice in the Noodles was really good defenetly recommend

Food was undercooked and tasteless i paid for properly cooked food and this doesn't meet expectations

I am writing to raise a serious and urgent complaint against Hotel Ullas and the Swiggy platform. Last night, I ordered food and paid in cash, trusting the hotel to provide a safe and edible meal. However, what I received was utterly inhumane and life-threatening. The egg roast was drowning in oil what appeared to be refined palm oil, making up more in the dish. There was no watery it's full of oil. food was extremely heavy, toxic, and poorly prepared. After consuming just 5 chapathis and that egg roast, I suffered immediate stomach pain, severe indigestion, and could not sleep all night due to the distress. By morning, the pain persisted along with continuous burping and signs of food poisoning. I believe my health has been deliberately endangered, and I do not consider this a minor issue. This is a direct violation of food safety laws and a punishable criminal offense. I demand immediate and strict action to be taken against the Hotel Ullas management and staff, and I am escalating this case legally. This is attempted harm to health for financial gain, and those responsible must face legal consequences.

On 15th Aug, I ordered veg fried rice from here and the quantity was sooo less that I was hungry and had to order food from another restaurant too. One fourth of the aluminium box was just empty. Even an 8 year old would eat more than how much you gave. So disappointing. Also, there was more capsicum (huge chunks of it) than rice that it tasted more like veg fried 'capsicum', and not veg fried 'rice'. I am bad at cooking but I am sure I can make better fried rice. Get a proper chef and not any random person who couldn't get any other job.

An average hotel restaurant in Thiruvalla. Had a Kothu Porotta from here and it was just ok. Taste was average. It didn't feel like it was fresh but felt like it was made in morning and heated before providing. Customer service is average. Other customer near me ordered a biriyani. As they started to eat that, they felt something is wrong with the biriyani. So they left and complained it to the billing person. But not sure they are going to make it right. The upper floor have a swing there and it seemed good. That will be a fun thing for customers.
