I had a bad experience at Al Razi Restaurant. The food was not good. I would also suggest that anyone visiting should not try the complimentary salad (cucumber and carrot) - it was one of the worst items I have ever tasted. At Al Razi, I also noticed that the staff's behavior was not good. They should be properly briefed and taught to respect customers. I also want to mention that I purchased the normal mandi, but the chicken was very hard and the rice had no flavor.

Chicken Mandi; Rice was bit bland for my palate, but chicken tasted good; supple, moist and properly cooked. Total ambience of this eatery is congested and was crowded. Service is slow; It's awkward to yell for condiments while you share a congested eating table with strangers, but the service people ain't that attentive...

I went there two days ago. I bought kondattam chiken mandi and my friend bought mutton mandi. He is fine but I have been in bed with food poisoning for two days.. And I don't understand why the shop is so crowded.. The food wasn't that tasty. Not recommended. the guy who served us the food was the only good thing.
