The food at this KFC was great, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed to see that there's only one restroom for both men and women. It would be better if separate restrooms were provided.

Disappointing Experience at KFC Lulu Mall Kozhikode Branch Rating: 2/5 I've visited the KFC branch at Lulu Mall multiple times, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Every time I order through their self-service system, I face issues with item availability. Despite placing my order correctly, I never seem to get the full items I ordered. Instead, the staff insists that I take whatever they have available, often substituting items without my consent. This includes buckets or combos with extra items that I didn't ask for. It's frustrating to feel like my order isn't being respected. I hope KFC takes steps to improve their inventory management and customer service. Until then, I'll be hesitant to recommend this branch to others. Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Ensure item availability for online/self-service orders 2. Respect customer orders and avoid unwanted substitutions 3. Improve communication with customers regarding item availability.

Ordered Express Pick-Up from KFC Thalassery branch, but it was delayed over 15mins. Staff initially refused the free Hot & Crispy piece, gave false reasons, and behaved rudely. Got the piece after arguing, but the experience was very disappointing.
