Average or OK OK experience in the case of chicken shawarma Thier was not much choices for shawarma only a regular chicken shawarnma with lot of leafy vegetable and the taste was also average .The loaded fry is also a normal experience compared to different cafes in thalassery It is not at all up to the hype provided and that's disappointing. As for the loaded fries it didn't have any cheese or chilly springles and the fries were too hard. Hoping for a better improvement.
I ordered food for takeaway, and I have to say the food itself was excellent. The flavors were rich, well-prepared, and everything tasted fresh when I enjoyed it at home. The quality of the dishes really impressed me. However, the customer service during pickup was not up to the mark. The staff seemed disorganized and not very courteous, which made the experience a bit frustrating. Clearer communication and a friendlier approach would have made the process much smoother. The food alone makes it worth visiting again, but I hope the service improves so that the overall experience matches the quality of their cooking.
Really disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered just a wrap and a shake, but the staff started preparing the food very late which led to an unnecessary long wait. On top of that, the wrap I received wasn't even properly tawa-toasted. For such a simple order, I expected faster service and better quality. Definitely needs improvement in both preparation time and food consistency.
