1/5 - Very Disappointed with Customer Service I visited Kareems 1982 Story (Thaliparamba, Kannur) with my family on 25th July 2025. The food was okay, but the customer service was extremely poor. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and they didn't care about how they were treating customers. When we asked for help or clarification, we were ignored or responded to with attitude. A restaurant should not only be about food but also how you treat your guests. Sadly, we had a bad experience and I do not recommend this place for families expecting respectful service. initially ordered Mexican Shawaya (Half) and within 1 minute requested to change it to a Full portion. Instead of updating the order or adjusting the bill properly, they added it as two separate items -- Half and Quarter, which together makes a full, but it was billed separately and not handled transparently. It's not just about the price -- it's about how poorly the staff handled the situation. When I asked for clarification, the billing team's behavior was rude and unprofessional. They didn't explain properly and behaved in a way that made me feel like I was wrong to ask. This kind of customer service leaves a bad impression. I hope they improve their attitude and learn to communicate better with customers in the future.
