Spicy and Crispy Chicken... Service is a bit delayed.. Palatable Crispy fried chicken... Both the quality and quantity seems decent... They are getting orders a the table and which is so delayed. After taking orders also we have to wait around 30 minutes to get our dishes. Sufficient parking is available near the restaurant.
One star for service! Visited here for dine in only to wait at the table for 10 mins without anyone stoping by to take the order and then pushed myself to place a take away order and had been waiting for over 30 mins now with no sense of the ETA...despite multiple follow ups ... Btw, I had to clear and clean the tables myself to make sure my 1 year old twins could be seated
The food is good. But the atmosphere is bad. I visited this place 2 times and I felt a bad service. Its take a lot of time to take the order and get the order. The service people dont show a professional approach to their service. I felt the service is like how a local shop service could have.
Chicking Punalur.. No drier or paper available in wash area. No option for toilet. Mall toilets are closed around 9pm! Floor n wash area was dirty. Below average experience..
Food was good , service also fine ,beverages are not good. Especially iced tea not good
