The Bamboo Restaurant

I recently dined at Bamboo, and I have to say, it was quite disappointing. it was lukewarm at best and lacked flavor. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not attentive to our needs, which made the experience even worse. I expected much better from a restaurant with such a reputation. Overall, I would not recommend Bamboo for a pleasant dining experience.

Ordered mutton biriani and chicken lollipop to take away, they provide lollipop a dry one like worst 65, and when I called to tell about it, they were laughing and saying they will bring source now from 6 km away. And I have to wait from 2.30 pm onwards, what tragedy, never seen such a irresponsible people. They charge more than 300 bucks this worth food. Totally disappointed. Entire payyannur food culture and other related things are worst. Not much options people have to adjust. What a headache

Additionally, I found the prices to be slightly on the higher side, making it somewhat overpriced for what it offers. Despite these minor setbacks, I would still recommend this place for those who appreciate a good ambiance and are willing to splurge a bit on delectable food. If you plan to visit, it's best to go during non-peak hours to avoid the crowds and fully enjoy the dining experience.

While the tables and serving areas were clean, I noticed visible dust and spiderwebs in certain corners and near the ceiling. This gave a slightly neglected impression, which stood out in contrast to the otherwise high standards maintained in food and service. A restaurant that excels so well in taste, professionalism, and hospitality should also ensure that its ambiance matches the same level of excellence. Cleanliness is a crucial part of the dining experience, and I truly hope this feedback is taken constructively. With a little more attention to detail in upkeep, this place has the potential to be a flawless five-star destination. For now, I'd rate my visit 3 stars.

First of all the atmosphere of the restaurant was very neat and beautiful then I wasn't hoping the food to be good but it was really great, it's been a while i had a good chicken fried rice also their meals got a lot side dishes. I couldn't try much from the menu but I'm definitely gonna recommend them to my friends and family
