Food is good, but the service is pathetic. I visited first time with family... The waiting was too high and even staff's don't know where to accommodate the customers. The second time I visit to get a parcel by checking the operating hours in google and once reached they told to wait for 1 hr as the food need to prepare... Very u professional services which reduce the value of reasonably quality food.

The food is delicious, but the service is very bad. This place has the worst service in Payyannur town. The chairs are old and wobbly. It's scary to sit on them. Anyone sitting there could fall down at any moment. They take money and put it in their pockets and they don't even replace damaged furniture.

No doubt the best in the area. Such flavourful chicken and rice! Perfectly cooked to perfection Do try their Salad and 'energy' drink.
