Ordered Masala Dosa, poori Masala and Tea. All are good. Quality food. Tea was superb. Poori is little bit oily, but tastes good. Masala Dosa's masala is perfect and tasty. Size of the provided plate feels smaller for masala dosa. Service was good. Polite and gentle staffs. Neat and clean atmosphere. Overall cleanliness is good. Price of food is little bit higher side, but it is acceptable in order to quality of food, service and cleanliness.

The place is nice however a bit tight in space. Had picked a few eatable from the bakery section and the staff were courteous. The list on menu extends from sweets to bakery offerings and has a dine-in place and an extended Tea/coffee menu. Many of the Tea/Coffee items on list with their combis really surprised me lots. Attaching a sample Tea/Coffee menu for the connoisseurs to try in case you are driving around Ottapakem/Shornur in Kerala. In all a good experience and the food items that we picked were great too.

I had an amazing time at Nila restaurant From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming -- perfect for a relaxed meal or a special evening out. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive without being overbearing. The food? Absolutely top-notch. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I especially loved the shawarma, which was cooked to perfection. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion behind the preparation. Cleanliness and hygiene were also clearly a priority, which added to the comfort of the experience. Reasonably priced for the quality and portion sizes -- definitely worth every rupee!
