Hi, It's nice to see a KFC outlet opening in a developing area like Nedumangadu - it brings more options to the community. , unfortunately, the experience was not great. The atmosphere felt uninviting, and the cleanliness was below expectations. Several tables were left uncleaned, which really affected the overall dining experience. Hoping the management takes note and improves the hygiene and upkeep of the space. as this outlet has a lot of potential.

I had an excellent experience at the Nedumangad KFC outlet. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I've visited other KFC branches as well, but the staff here are exceptionally polite and professional. A special mention to Mr. Sumith for his courteous behavior and excellent customer service. This outlet truly stands out for its warm hospitality and well-maintained environment. Highly recommended!
Not to downgrade,But should clean the table after the customer leaves.i have been here for 15 mins no staff is here to clean the table.kindly pls take care of it.
