Mashawi Grill

I ordered al faham and Rumali Roti,Al faham was not fresh and tasted bad ,the rumali roti seems so crispy due to heating.Mayonnaise was salty and salad too.i said this to the staffs and cashier but they did not care much about my complaint , amidst they charged a huge bill as always.no reduction or no regrets from there side. Totally disappointed.Never recommend visiting here.

"Really bad service".I recently visited Mashawi Restaurant and was disappointed with my experience. I ordered a shawarma, but what I got was unacceptable - a used tissue piece was included in my food. The service was also really bad , as the staff communicated in a local language, which made very disturbing. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place until they improve their food quality and service standards.

another restaurant newly opened in nadapuram town. I ate shawayi only, it was very much delicious. service is not good at all ,taking too much time for orders taking and delivery.parking also not there much. but dine in area is wide spacious. nice vibe inside.

We ordered Peri Peri Al Fahm today, but the food was extremely spicy and almost impossible to eat -- definitely not worth the money. When we requested to change it, the waiter said it couldn't be replaced. Additionally, one of the kitchen staff behaved rudely when we mentioned the food issue. Very disappointing experience. Hope the management looks into this seriously and improves both the food quality and staff behavior.

Positive: 1. Ordered 1/2 Shawaya chicken, rumali roti, and hot and sour soup for 2 adults and 1 child. The food tasted great, was well garnished, and served on nice plates. 2. The restaurant has a good ambiance with classy interior design and quality furniture. 3. The staff is polite and pleasant. They provided extra cucumber salad for our baby free of charge when we asked. 4. When our baby accidentally broke a glass, the staff handled it kindly, saying, "It's okay." 5. The service was quick, with no unwanted delays. 6. The restaurant is open until 2 PM, which is convenient. Negative: 1. There's no exclusive area for families, though there's enough space to add curtains or some form of privacy for comfort. 2. Some workers gathered in the dining area without purpose, which might make families feel uncomfortable. 3. The hot and sour soup felt slightly salty, and the mayonnaise didn't have enough flavor due to a lack of salt. 4. Price is okay but little over. 5. No free kubbus were given with Shawaya and Charged for rumaly rotty. Best of luck to the management.
