Dear Eato Team, I am writing this to bring your attention to an experience we had at your outlet on 24/01/2025. This is more than just a review for other customers--it's a call for improvement. We were a group of six, and unfortunately, our visit turned out to be very disappointing. We waited over 10 minutes just to place our order and an additional 30-35 minutes to receive it. To add to our dissatisfaction: * We ordered two juices without sugar but were served juices with added sugar. * The grape juice we received was diluted, with a thick layer floating on top, making it unappealing. * Along with the juices, we had ordered a cup of tea. Surprisingly, the tea was served almost 50 minutes later, long after we had finished our food. * The combo wrap we ordered was far from satisfactory and fell below expectations. The entire experience left us feeling frustrated and exhausted.
