The hotel was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the room was comfortable and clean. I really liked the service from the staff; they were very helpful and polite. My stay here was very pleasant. I would definitely want to come back.

Visited the hotel today as we were returning from a visit at Madavoor, my whole family was there. The restaurant provides a great ambience and totally friendly service. We can feel the total hospitality of the staff, I had my niece and nephew who wished to visit the kitchen too. They were more than happy to give us a tour of the kitchen which was neat and well maintained. I had Chicken Alfahm Mandi and beef biriyani, both tasted well. The alfahm was soo well cooked and I could number is one of the best I have had with mild flavours. The dum beef biriyani too was yum.

1/5 Had chicken biriyani and beef fry from Madavoor kunjoosakka restaurant - very disappointed. The biriyani lacked flavor and freshness, and the beef fry was too oily and overcooked. Overall, the food quality was far below expectations. Definitely not worth the hype. Hope they improve their standards.

New restaurant, clean, hyegenic dining area but food n service are average, may be due to the rush due to the festival of near by 'Maqam'

Visited on 26 June 2025 at 2 PM. Had biriyani and meals. Very bad food quality. The place was full of mosquitoes, which made it very uncomfortable to sit and eat. Even the biriyani, which usually doesn't take much time to serve, was delivered very late. Overall, a disappointing experience.
