Seashore Residency

We had a surprisingly delightful experience at Seashore Residency in the heart of Kodungallur,Kerala. Our historical Muziris trial of archeology and culture there was certainly hightened by the restful, clean and spacious rooms and common areas. The courteous and ever attendant staff were very professional and helpful. The restaurant and menu offered are of exceptional in taste, presentation and variety...kudus to the Chefs and kitchen staff. Thank you for a very pleasant stay and best wishes.

We stayed there for one night only. We loved everything about the place. We strongly recommend to others. Worth for the money... Ambience awesome and creatively designed... Restaurant tasty dishes Rooms were clean and spacious.. Staff including watchman were very courteous...

Our stay was deeply frustrating due to the very poor room service. It took over two hours for food to be delivered, leaving my two-year-old son hungry and uncomfortable despite making multiple calls. The staff were unresponsive, especially when trying to place a breakfast order -- calls went unanswered and there was no follow-up. On top of that, they charge even for basic water bottles, and not at reasonable rates. For the price we paid, the service was far below expectations -- even a standard 3-star hotel offers much better hospitality. Not worth the money, and I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.

I recently attended an award function hosted at this hotel, and the experience was absolutely appalling. The service was completely unacceptable from the moment I arrived. The food served was of extremely poor quality -- far below what any professional establishment should offer. To make matters worse, the staff were consistently rude and dismissive. Any request for assistance was met with either indifference or outright unprofessional behavior. As an invited guest, I felt completely embarrassed not only for myself but also for those I had recommended this hotel to. The lack of basic hospitality and respect shown to guests was shocking. It was humiliating to be treated in such a manner during what should have been a celebratory occasion. The service provided here does not even meet the minimum standards expected of any star hotel. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise the public never to host any event at this hotel. They do not respect their guests, and they do not deliver even the basics of quality service. This hotel has severely damaged its reputation, and unless there is a complete overhaul of management and service standards, it cannot be trusted for any professional or private function. I demand that I be connected with the hotel management immediately to discuss this matter further.

Awesome Hotel. Very perfectly maintained. Recommend this place to everyone... It is good on all accounts, security, reception, restaurant, parking, service, ambience, facilities, creativity and aesthetics... Very glad we found this one..
