Had a terrible experience here. Previously, when we had a family event here, all of us got down with food poisoning, we had complained about it as well, but same experience today. We went here for the "momo" festival. But these people don't have half the things on their menu, their momos were shaped like laddus and looked nowhere similar to momos, their schezwan sauce momos (-100/10) was extremely sweet. Even when we order things, they make everything sweet, god knows why? The tandoor momos was terrible, no tandoor flavour. Hyderabadi chicken curry was like normal chicken curry, they don't know how to make naans (it didn't look like the naans), only good thing was ghee rice, that's all. Perhaps they should only sell that. Very disappointed by this

Such a mixed experience! Food amazing n outstanding, each dish was superb and tasted unique not same masala cut copy paste. We had a mix of veg & non vegetarian food from Chinese, North Indian and Naadan cuisine - all were really upto star hotel standards. But the toilets don't have soap dispensers even, forget soap. The staff was really helpful especially Supita who helped me organise cake from outside bakery and brought it lit with candle after the meal. But the head waiter got our order wrong and infact one of the mains arrived after finished the meal. Concierge staff helped us organise autos while departing and was all smiles. But our order took almost an hour to reach our table. So all in all if u go to a restaurant only for food plus u have enough time on ur hands please try this place I really recommend. But overall experience could be better in my opinion

We had a wonderful experience at Saffron! The food was absolutely delicious - fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, perfect for both family dinners and casual meet-ups. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the service, was warm and professional. Highly recommend Saffron to anyone visiting Kodungallur - definitely one of the best dining spots in town!
