During my visit, the wait time was under 15 minutes, which is impressive for freshly prepared food. There is ample seating available, with both booth and table options. The seating is comfortable, and the layout ensures a pleasant dining experience even during busy times. - The only minor suggestion I have is to introduce a few more dessert options to round out the meal. A couple of additional sweet treats would be a great addition to the menu.

The ambiance of the restaurant was nice, but the service was quite disappointing. When I arrived, the restaurant wasn't busy, yet it took more than 10 minutes for a waiter to take my order. Eventually, I had to go to the counter to place my order directly. I tried the Chicken Charcoal (normal), Chicken Fried Rice, and some juice. The Chicken Charcoal was very disappointing. Additionally, the outdoor dining area was uncomfortably hot, with fans not placed in every corner, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. I wouldn't recommend dining in here due to the weather conditions. A major drawback is the lack of a restroom within the restaurant. Guests have to use the restroom at the nearby car wash, which was quite dirty--worse than some public bus stand facilities. Overall, I would not recommend dining in at this restaurant due to the combination of poor service, inadequate facilities, and uncomfortable conditions.

The ambiance at Fried Chicken Stories is quite pleasant. However, the staff seems a bit unattentive. They're slow to respond and don't pay much attention to customers. Also, be prepared to wait a while for your food. It takes them quite some time to serve the dishes. I'm not a huge fan of fried chicken, but I do enjoy it occasionally. I wouldn't recommend eating it too often, as it's not the healthiest option. You probably won't want to eat more than a couple of pieces of their fried chicken, as it can be bit much. On the plus side, their prices are quite affordable.

I had a wonderful experience with Fried Chicken Stories, Anchangadi today. I had cash with me but didn't have the exact change, and I also didn't have my phone to make a GPay transfer. Impressively, they allowed me to take my order and pay later once I reached home. Their trust in customers and genuine service truly impressed me. Such gestures are rare these days--especially among the Gen Z crowd--and I sincerely appreciate their honesty and customer-first approach. Highly recommended!
