The self-service signage is all over the place but the staff insisted on serving, which was a bit confusing. I ordered the onion uthapam and ghee roast. The dosa batter was too thick and the sambar and chutneys were below average - didn't quite hit the mark.

I visited Aryas Tiffin Box, a pure vegetarian restaurant, and tried their sambar vada. While the sambar was flavorful and made the dish taste amazing, the vada itself could have been better. It's the combination with the sambar that truly stood out.For those who prefer pure vegetarian food, this place is a good option. The restaurant offers spacious seating and maintains a neat and clean environment, which enhances the dining experience. I hope they work on improving their vada to make it even better.
