I recently visited CTC Chennai Cafe and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the authentic Chennai vibes in the atmosphere. The food here is simply outstanding - every dish is packed with flavor, prepared with great care, and served hot and fresh. The dosas were perfectly crisp, the idlis were soft and fluffy, and the chutneys along with the sambar had that true Chennai-style taste which is very hard to find elsewhere. It honestly reminded me of the traditional flavors you would expect in Tamil Nadu. The quality of the ingredients and the balance of spices really stood out - nothing was overpowering, everything was just right. Not only is the food amazing, but the service is also very warm and friendly. The staff is polite, attentive, and quick, making the overall dining experience smooth and enjoyable. The cafe is neat and well-maintained, giving a very comfortable feel while enjoying the food. Overall, I would highly recommend CTC Chennai Cafe to anyone who loves authentic South Indian food, especially those who crave the real taste of Chennai.
