Ambience is traditional homestyle. It's clean and cozy. Food is authentic and tasty, feels homemade and not restaurant like. Oil and spices are used optimally in the food preparations. Food is served in traditional utensils, you feel like you are eating at your grandmother's place rather. Service is bit slow.
Kuchill had a traditional Kuchilla concept. Well themed. The food was great too, we had chatti choru - they had variety like chicken, fish, prawns chatti choru.. overall quality was great and also the service was super fast
The ambiance offers a genuinely traditional experience. We tried the beef fry and palli curry, both of which were quite flavorful. However, the beef was slightly overcooked, giving it a rubbery texture. The regular chatti chor was delicious. Overall, it's definitely a place worth visiting, especially for beef and fish lovers. Planning to visit once again to taste their biriyani.
Drove 100 kms to this place and have no regrets Reminded us the childhood memories with grandparents as the ambience is such. Food taste is moderately fine and definitely a must for beef lovers. slightly overpriced but worth it for vintage lovers. Also parking available The outer shop sells candies which were sold decades ago which made us nostalgic. Good experience overall!
I recently tried the food here, and my experience was a mixed bag. The Chatti Choru was a bit disappointing, as it didn't come with fish curry, and the gravy left much to be desired. However, the biryani was quite good! Overall, I'd say it's worth a one-time try, but I wouldn't recommend the Chatti Choru
