I've been a regular customer of Tiffin Box for the past six months, ordering breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily for myself and my staff members. The food is exceptional, delicious, affordable, and genuinely homely. There are no artificial colors or flavor enhancers used; it truly feels like home-cooked food. One of my employees is extremely sensitive to outside food and usually brings his meals from home. However, for the past six months, he's been eating food from Tiffin Box without any issues. This is the first time he's been able to regularly eat outside food without discomfort or illness. That alone speaks volumes about the quality and hygiene they maintain. I usually order the standard pack, which includes one non-veg meal every day. The quality and quantity have been consistently excellent. I'm genuinely surprised at how they manage to deliver such high-quality food at such an affordable price. Their customer support team, especially Anjala and Anshidha, deserves special mention. They are exceptionally well-trained, responsive, and polite. Their support and suggestions have made me even more comfortable continuing with the service. One of my concerns was the plastic and paper waste from packaging, especially since I operate from a commercial complex with limited disposal facilities. When I raised this with the team, they immediately came up with an innovative solution, offering to deliver food in reusable tiffin boxes. After each use, we wash the boxes, and the delivery person collects them during the next delivery. This simple but effective solution saved me the headache of managing daily waste. There was one instance when a delivery delay was expected because their delivery person had met with a minor accident. They informed me early in the day that there might be a delay or some routes might not be serviced. I appreciated the transparency and professionalism. Fortunately, I still received the food on time that day. Lately, I've noticed some negative reviews online, especially about delivery delays. Personally, I haven't faced any such issue. And even if there is a 5-6 minute delay, they always communicate in advance; and honestly, it's completely understandable. They're human beings doing their best, whether it's under the scorching sun or heavy rain, navigating through the heavy Kakkanad Infopark and Chittethukara traffic blocks. A few minutes' delay doesn't bother me because I see the effort they put in every single day to deliver fresh food on time. And if people are only pointing out this small delay and not the food quality or taste, it actually means they are doing an exceptional job with the food. Keep up the great work! Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with Tiffin Box; their food, pricing, customer service, and their proactive approach to feedback. I highly recommend them to hostellers, startups, and offices looking for clean, healthy, and homely meals for their teams.
