The atmosphere is great. Need more improvement in service and Food pricing. Place is costly maybe because of its prime location but since there are more cafes and all opening up lately,they should think about their over hyped charges .

Enjoyed the food served and they had maintained a good atmosphere here. Its my second time and I really enjoy visiting this place. The quality of what they serve is awesome. I do recommend this place for all shake and waffles lovers.

The ambience of this place was good. A really nice fine dining for family in Irinjalakuda, which was always a limitation in the locality. The food was very average. We tried Al Faham which was very normal and nothing to be claimed as special. The watermelon coolers were sad as they were more a essence mix drink than the watermelon itself. We also ordered the Roasted Hazelnut thickshake, which had a mild flavour as of camphor, probably due to the Hazelnut being burnt..Overall the Ambience was great, service was great, ample parking, but food quality needs to be slightly better when you have places like Relax just few meters from here..
