Very disappointing experience with both the food and service. I ordered a quarter Alfahm and a quarter Shawaya, but was served severely burned chicken pieces--almost entirely blackened. I asked the staff whether this is the standard quality they serve to customers and requested a replacement. They responded by simply removing the charred outer skin of the Shawaya and re-serving it. The second Alfahm piece was also badly burned. What's most frustrating is that they genuinely seemed unaware of what constitutes burned food. Photos of the dishes and the bill are attached for reference.
