I absolutely loved the customer service here - the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome. One thing that stood out was the way they served the food - placing the whole bowl of rice and curry right in front of you, which felt both homely and generous. All the side dishes were decent and complemented the meal well, but the real stars were the specials - they were bursting with flavor, cooked to perfection, and absolutely worth coming back for. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with great hospitality and memorable flavors.

We skipped breakfast for brunch but ended up indulging in the most satisfying "oonu" (traditional Kerala lunch) and "meen" (fish/seafood) instead. Reaching around noon, we were welcomed by the aroma of freshly cooked dishes just as they were being served. Within minutes, steaming hot rice, creamy moru curry, flavorful sambar, avial, and tangy pulissery made their way onto our plates. The chemmeen (prawns) is an absolute must-try here -- perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection. Don't miss the meen curry and the variety of fish dishes that truly celebrate Kerala's coastal soul. The ambience was calm and soothing, making the whole experience even more delightful. Right in the heart of Cherthala, we found a way to fill our souls !

Visited on 24 September 2025 at 12.45 noon. A narrow road with ups & down reach the spot with a spacious car parking. A open (non AC) & closed dining (air conditioned) partioned with a ambious seating arrangement. They accept gpay not card payment. The house flies will distrub the dining mood. White rice in a big vessel and sambar & morr curry (in a small vessel) is placed on dining table for self service. It's tough to move on the table when the table is occupied with other side dishes. Better they can serve the main items as per the customers requirements. They serve colored drinking (hot) water. All the fish curry varieties looks hot red in color & oily, but not spicy. The taste of vegetable sambar is good, and they serve two number of vegetables side dish. The price for the simple rice & curry is affordable for a common man, but not fish curry varieties. Also, they should improve the quality, hygine, and quantity of fish varieties as per what they charge.

The Best seafood restaurant! Love their fish curry meals! Highly recommended for seafood lovers. Must Try: Meenmutta and Prawns! As its very famous, its very crowded and its waiting timing is around 10-15minutes. Will come again for sure! Mondays are closed . Lot of parking space is available!

Absolutely the best place for fresh seafood! The prawns roast and fry are must-trys - incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. And you definitely can't miss the karimeen fry; it's so crispy and delicious! Everything here tastes incredibly fresh. Highly, highly recommended!
