Kismat Biriyani

I went after a long time for madhooth, it is tasty and it was first time. Quality of rice and spices were amazing, I had thrice in a month month. But last time was not that good because of the quantity of chicken, it was way smaller than usual.

We went there with high expectation but they only have chicken biriyani on that time ,around 1:00,then chicken biriyani came costs 240,the taste and texture of rice was not good enough its below average ,masala was same like chicken curry with gheerice .But they provide one more piece than other restaurants. But for the hype .....

The presentation was good, but the dum biryani was very disappointing. It had no proper flavor or aroma and tasted more like chicken curry mixed with rice. Even biryani from small local shops is much better and more reasonably priced. The rice was sticky and lacked any biryani seasoning or flavor. It felt like plain rice with curry gravy, not authentic biryani. We were also asked to pay in advance for dining in, which made the experience worse. Overall, the food was poor. I would recommend trying a better nearby hotel instead.

Kismat Biriyani is overhyped and overpriced. The biriyani was just average in taste. I tried the chicken fry -- it was overcooked, hard, and lacked the juiciness you'd expect. Definitely not worth the price or the hype.

A few hours ago, I ordered six chicken biryanis from your establishment. After taking some portions of the biriyani, we identified that the chicken was undercooked; specifically, it exhibited visible blood and an abnormal texture with a sharp taste of the masala accompanied by a distinctly unpleasant flavor that compromised the overall enjoyment of the dish. The risk associated with undercooked poultry poses a significant health hazard due to the potential presence of pathogens such as Salmonella and Campylobacter, which are known to cause foodborne illnesses. Consequently, we hesitate to consume the remaining biryanis, as we question their safety. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, which has led to considerable disappointment.
