Very disappointed with KFC Chengannur - irresponsible staff and cheating! I ordered the Wednesday deal of 15 pieces as takeaway, but when I opened the box at home, there were only 13 pieces. Out of those, just one was hot & crispy, and the rest were small wings and strips. It's really disappointing and feels like cheating. The staff should be more responsible while packing takeaway orders -- customers trust that they'll get what they paid for. This kind of careless and dishonest service is unacceptable from a reputed brand like KFC.

1 Star (If there was an option for zero, I'd pick that!) Absolutely the worst KFC experience ever! Every single time I visit, they deliberately turn off the self-order kiosk, giving the excuse that there are "too many orders." This happens even when the restaurant is barely full. Before placing an order, they warn of a minimum 45-minute wait time, which is ridiculous for a fast-food chain. The food quality is pathetic. The chicken strips are laughably small, literally half the size of what any other KFC outlet serves. Feels like a complete scam. Adding to the misery is the unprofessional and poorly trained staff who clearly have no idea how to handle customers or orders. They are rude, careless, and simply don't care about service standards. This outlet is a total embarrassment to the KFC brand. Highly disappointing, and I would never recommend anyone wasting their money here

I recently ordered from the KFC outlet at Chengannur, but what I got was far from satisfactory. I placed an online order from Swiggy for specific items, but I was handed a completely different order without any prior notification. It turned out that they didn't have the items I ordered, but instead of informing me or offering alternatives, they just substituted my order with something else.The lack of communication and consideration for customers' time and preferences was staggering. I paid for specific items, and receiving something else without consent is unacceptable. Given the convenience fee I paid for online ordering, I expect better service and accuracy. This experience has significantly lowered my opinion of KFC, and I'll think twice before ordering from this outlet again.

Quantity wise the restaurant is okay, but quality and responsibility is lacking here. The coordination between the the staff regarding the order preparation is pathetic. I was stunned by the arrogance of the manager when I pointed out about the delay of 15 mins, I saw that my order as ready on the screen and was waiting in front of him for at least 10 mins. Irresponsible and unacceptable behaviour towards the customers. There were atleast 5 people in the serving bay. Yet no one was able to hand out even a single order on time. The family who were waiting for a takeaway besides me, were also furious about the attitude. Never in any KFC under Devyani international, have I experienced anything like that. Health hazard : The manager was also preparing the order and even he was also not wearing the gloves, and only two in the kitchen were wearing the gloves. If someone from KFC is seeing this you can check the camera's and will definitely get to know the brand dilution happening there. No regard to customer safety and literally they are tarnishing the brand name. When I was waiting, saw the Manager handing out a take away parcel and telling the lady that the leg piece is not available so they put another piece in the order and packed it, as she was reluctant in taking the packet the manager conveyed again that it will take another 20 minutes to get the ordered piece ready. And the way they respond to the customer is pathetic. Wonder what training they are being given. They are not understaffed, and at the self checkout kiosk the staff was continuously interfering me and as I was selecting the order he too was trying to touch and select the items, absolutely no idea about personal space. I know about the support email ID of Kfc and I have no intention in sending an email, so don't reply to this thread with a generic reply. I want everyone to know about the experience I had from this particular outlet. Will visit this place again and update. Extremely disappointed.

It's always been a worst experience for me from this Chengannur outlet. Whatever the order is ot will minimum take 20 mins to get the order. No one tells this until we order and we have to wait for 20 mins for the order. The staffs just don't answer anything and just hide inside the kitchen or don't respond to anyone.Posting the pic from the kiosk and bill, i got the order by 7:30, which I ordered at 7:00. The bill was printed to me and given at 7:12.
