Dear Indian Coffee House Team, I recently visited your Chengannur branch and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The service quality and cleanliness standards were far below expectations. There was no staff available to attend to customers promptly, and I had to wait a long time before being served. The staff on duty appeared disengaged and inattentive, as if occupied with other tasks rather than attending to customers. Additionally, the person serving food was wearing unclean clothes, and the serving plates were not properly cleaned, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The food quality was also quite poor compared to other Indian Coffee House outlets I've visited. I hope the management will take immediate steps to improve the hygiene, service attitude, and overall dining experience at this branch. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that necessary actions will be taken to restore the good reputation of Indian Coffee House.
