Extremely disappointed with the service. our food took far too long to arrive with no explanation or apology. Not worth the wait.

Never ever visit this restaurant. Before coming to this restaurant take and bring pillow and bedsheet to take a nap. We waited for almost 1 hour to receive our order.

To be honest this is one of the overrated hotels in Thirthahalli except for the interior nothing is up to the par, We ordered a butter naan and panner butter masala...the service took nearly 30 mins which could be understood as the rush and all but the taste of these dishes were nothing nearly as good... The food is not worth the wait and the rate!! I personally didn't like the northen items In this hotel and they should improve a lot And we ordered a milkshake they said wasn't available and said that the icecream were also not available if they're running a hotel they should have the items they've displayed in thier menu which was very disappointing And we ordered a juice and it was ready and on the juice counter but the server took 15 mins to give the juice to us it was lying on the counter itself In my pov it's not worth the hype!! There is no parking infront of the hotel too...
