Pethfull

Me and my family were going to Isha foundation and we stopped at pethfull for lunch. We ordered their thali and it was the unlimited one. The place is budget friendly and it's definitely a steal for students and bachelors. The ambiance is okay-ish. Lots of mosquitos. Can be maintained well. We went with our pet and the staff were kind.

The food here is amazing and healthy, the taste is authentic and soft. I am having food here since a year now and I have never ever had a tummy ache or anything because of the food it's just so healthy and sooooo tasty as well. It's a must visit place and especially if you are a bachelor or a student this is the place...

"Imagine paying for food only to be called unethical, inhuman, and mocked over 901 -- that's the 'Royal' experience here." If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. This so-called business is nothing but a scam wrapped in arrogance. I took their Royal subscription with the expectation of good food and service. At the time of payment, not a single word about "terms and conditions" was shared. No mention of minimum order value, no distance restrictions, no weather-related excuses -- nothing. But once they had my money, suddenly all these hidden rules started popping up. Minimum order 199 (completely unreasonable for a single person, leading to waste of food and money), 9 km delivery excuses, and other nonsense conditions that were never disclosed. When I pointed this out and said I didn't want to continue, they themselves agreed and said a refund would be initiated. But later, when I followed up, they shamelessly flipped their words and refused, claiming the "refund window is closed." Imagine that -- first they admit it doesn't work for me and promise a refund, then later they keep the money and hide behind fake rules. The most shocking part was the owner's behavior. Instead of showing even the slightest professionalism or humility, she became downright insulting. She mocked me saying things like "I hope you will be able to make a better life with this small amount of 901." She even called me "inhuman" and "unethical" -- just because I asked for the refund that was rightfully mine. She also tried to guilt-trip me about delivery riders in the rain, even though they were completely fine sending riders earlier when it suited them. The hypocrisy is unbelievable. Running a food business requires humility, respect for customers, and gratitude -- values this place clearly knows nothing about. Instead, what they show is arrogance, rudeness, and stupidity. To insult customers while keeping their money is the lowest standard of business you can expect. This entire setup feels like a trap to grab money and then bully customers with hidden conditions and disgusting behavior. No ethics, no manners, no respect. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can only imagine how little they care about food quality or hygiene. Stay far, far away from this fraud. Plenty of genuine and humble businesses are out there who actually value their customers. Don't waste your time, money, or peace of mind here.

Pethful is an absolute gem in Bangalore! The food is so comforting and genuinely tastes like a home-cooked meal. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the owner and staff are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. Highly recommend it!

Went with high expectations but the food was ok. We ordered their palak special thali, paratha thali, normal thali...! Found the food average. Liked the ambience and quick service. Liked Gobi Manchurian.
