Ballal is a nice old-style hotel and my go-to stay whenever I visit Moodbidre. The service is good, rooms are well-maintained, and some even come with a bathtub. AC rooms are comfortable, and breakfast is complimentary with a tasty spread--the buns here are especially delicious. A reliable and homely place to stay!
It was a day stay at the hotel. Enjoyed the stay. The location is very convenient and the facilities are good. Tooth paste and the brush was expected but was not served. But the rest of the service was very good. Recommended
Nonsense hotel. Old, dirty rooms & common areas. Breakfast included in stay is so unhealthy. Cheap oils used in cooking. None interested in serving customers. Horrible hotel & restaurant.
We stayed here for a day. It's located on the Moodbidri-Kateel connectivity road. They also have a restaurant named Jaymahal, which might close by 7:30 PM due to low customer turnout. A Non-AC room for three people cost us 1600 (with 448 charged for the additional member). The only concern was that the bus stop is quite far from the property
For just a casual night stay its ok. Rooms are not that very great but still okayish. Do check rooms before checking in. Parking is on road which had a slight curve to highway. so beware of where you park. Lift is present and has wheel chair accessible via hotel enterance.
