Chutney Pure Veg Restaurant

Such a great place to eat if you are a food lover it's in Hotel Deepa comforts. Lovely food they have separate veg and non veg restaurants and we had lunch in non veg restaurant. A must visit place if you are in Mangalore.

Nice place to sit and chill. The ambience is cozy, and their buns and goli baje are really good. Snacks take a bit of time since they make them fresh, but it's worth the wait.

We visited Chutney for breakfast during our recent visit to Mangalore and without hesitation would like to recommend them for top quality vegetarian food especially breakfast. We had some awesome Neeru Dose and veg korma and the chutneys as also the famous Mangalore buns. Family had Masala Dosa and Ghee Roast all topped off with hot tea and coffee. Very good and efficient service. We got ample seating options when we visited. There is usually enough parking in the general public parking outside.

We are staying in Deepa Comfort. We went to the restaurant for evening tea & snacks. We ordered few dishes for tasting Buns : 9.5/10 Golibajji : 9/10 Ambade : 10/10 Banana podi : 10/10 Tea : 6/10 Coffee : 7.5/10 All snacks were served freshly made and piping hot. Each one had a unique taste and we were blown away. I would have rated buns as 10, had I not tasted New Taj cafe's buns. All fried items were perfectly fried inside out. Amazing job. I wish this hotel can get tea & coffee to reach that perfection. This was very evident after having some of the best coffee in past few days in Bangalore, Mysore & Coorg. Highly recommended

A Great Dining Experience! We recently visited this restaurant for dinner and had a wonderful experience overall. SERVICE: The service was prompt and courteous. The staff made sure everything was taken care of without any delays. TASTE & PRICING: The food was flavorful, reasonably priced, and the portion sizes were generous. We tried the Paneer Shanghai (260), Boiled Veg (175), Capsicum Masala (230), Wheat Roti (45), Mushroom Pepper (300), and their Chutney Special Pizza (235). While I enjoyed almost every dish, the Mushroom Pepper didn't quite hit the mark for me. However, the Chutney Special Pizza was the real highlight -- absolutely delicious and well worth the price! AMBIENCE: The restaurant has a duplex layout with tastefully done interiors lit by soft off-white lights. The seating is a mix of sofas and chairs, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend this place to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Must Try: Chutney Special Pizza Namaskar, Tejanshu
