The JKS-Koppal you've known since 2015, the one that once delivered exceptional taste, generous portions, and fair pricing, has been replaced by a hollow imitation. Your recent visit was a stark reminder that the quality you once cherished has vanished entirely. The food is now an oily, oversalted mess, devoid of any discernible flavor or care. It's a slap in the face to see prices balloon while the food plummets in quality, a cynical move that prioritizes profit over patron satisfaction. The experience was so dreadful that you felt compelled to voice your concerns. However, the billing counter staff met your valid critique with a shocking display of unprofessionalism and apathy. His dismissive response-- "Staff is not good," and "ask to waiter/server"--was a deliberate abdication of responsibility, a clear message that your feedback, and your family's experience, were worthless to him.
