SWADH Pure Vegetarian Restaurant

Located at Kadur on NH, this a known restaurant among travellers for taking a pit stop. Ambience is calm and decent. Staffs are courteous. Had idli, lemon rice and coffee. Taste wise the preparations were good. However, two things need improvement, state of washroom and hygiene of the seating area. Overall verdict- recommended for a quick pure veg grab on the highway.

Nice highway side eatery. Menu is okay..neither too small nor too big. Food is good. Owner / staff is responsive. As of Jan 2023 the highway infront is under widening..so the way to reach the restaurant is wee bit obstructed....but otherwise there is no issues.

Good place for quick bite. It's in a prime location. It offers different varieties of food. Malnad kadubu, Rotti with different varieties ( Raagi, Akki Rotti), Neer dosa's are available with regular ones like Idly, Masala dosa etc... Coffee taste was good. It can attract more people, if you can speed up the service, maintain the quality and more importantly most of the people will stop for wash room, which has to be maintained properly.

Food is pure veg! 5 star for this. Found Chadni and sambar same for most of dish. 3star for it. Taste of food - 3-4 star depends on food. Tea - 5stars Parking - 5 stars View - 5 stars. LUNCH not available for 2 I guess. All foods are breakfast kinda till noon (1-2pm).

One of the best places to take a break, either for snacks, breakfast, lunch or dinner near Kadur. The hotel is well maintained and offers ample seating space. They have a local speciality space near the counter that offers different variety of papads, jaggery, pickle and the like amongst others. We had rice, dal fry, akki roti, tandoor roti and kadai mushroom. Do drop by and relish in the ambiance.
