This much-hyped pure veg restaurant near Desai Cross turned out to be quite a disappointment. Parking is a major issue -- there's absolutely no space for four-wheelers. Currently, renovation work is going on, making access to the restaurant quite challenging. However, I did appreciate the polite notice at the entrance requesting customers' cooperation during the renovation -- a nice gesture. The restaurant has a service hall on the ground floor and an air-conditioned section on the first floor. Service was decent but nothing remarkable. Food: We tried their much-talked-about Pav Bhaji and Bonda Soup. Unfortunately, both dishes failed to impress. The pav was small, and the bhaji lacked flavor and spice -- it tasted more like a thin potato sagu mixed with red chutney. The bonda soup was equally bland; it resembled warm colored water without any aroma or seasoning. Typically, a good bonda soup includes ginger slices and green chilies for flavor, but this one had none. The bonda itself was plain, lacking even basic pepper or coconut bits. Overall: Quite disappointing. Despite the hype, it felt like just another average veg eatery for quick bites, nothing special to revisit.
