Our recent experience at what claims to be a "top-class restaurant" was regrettably subpar, characterized by a series of unprofessional encounters with the staff. Upon our arrival, a well-dressed captain vaguely directed us to find our table without offering any assistance. After navigating the establishment ourselves, we were left unattended for an extended period--approximately 30 minutes. When we sought clarification from the staff, their response was not only unhelpful but also delivered with a certain level of arrogance, insisting that we remain at our table. Frustrated and disappointed by the lack of service, we ultimately made the decision to leave the restaurant prematurely. In light of this unsatisfactory experience, I find it challenging to recommend this establishment for a dining experience. I am inclined to provide a negative rating to reflect the extent of our dissatisfaction.

Never have I visited a place that handles teetotaler families and groups of those who come to have alcoholic drinks simultaneously, and without either parties feeling weird. Dal tadka, is heavenly. Service is excellent. Nandini, Ganesh, Ramesh, all made the good food taste better with their service and patience.

The Bar and Restaurant is big enough, in the premises of Hotel Malligi. Food served is good. The staff is helpful. When I went there was some staff under training. Just needs a little pest control, I saw one cockroach below the table in dining area and brought it to the notice of the staff there. Ambience is good, it's near the swimming pool.
