Nisarga fort is a decent family veg restaurant located in Hiriyur. You get North Indian options the most here. First let me explain what I liked here, I liked the ambiance which is quite average and peaceful, North Indian rotis are tasty and affordable. Now the most important part is that what I didn't like, omg where do I start. Plates and spoons that are used to serve were not clean, not upto the mark at all, they should prioritise hygiene first. I ordered mushroom masala which tasted good when it was hot, but after sometime it literally got spoiled, we were really disappointed. Jeera rice was not upto the mark. Lime soda was not available they got it done outside the restaurant and served us, and that was okayish. Paneer tikka masala was average. The main thing was that there was only one person attending every table which is frustrating customers and him as well. We asked for take away as we couldn't finish paneer tikka masala, but that person literally gave us plastic paper and asked us to parcel the food, they should really consider giving containers and encourage takeaway options to avoid food wastage. Overall a below average experience for us. What restaurant should consider. 1. Hygiene 2. Focusing on better customer service, waiters should behave politely with customers. 3. Improvise food quality. 4. Encourage takeaway options and should provide containers.
