Murthy Mess, is a renowned vegetarian hotel on Mahakali Street in Chickballapur. It has remained a beloved spot among Chickballapur locals for generations. The food tastes just as good as always, drawing big crowds, especially because it's close to the most happening streets of the town like BB Road and Bazar Road which is also close to Ananya Hospital and Government college and various other spots. You can count on getting regular dosa or idli every day, but other offerings such as Bread Pulav, Bisi Bele Bath, and Ghee Rice vary on alternate days, adding a delightful twist to the menu. But what's really special now is how the hotel is helping out the community by embracing a noble cause. The Arya Vysya Ladies Group International (AVLGI) in Chickballapur launched a heartwarming initiative to arrange free meals for the less fortunate people. They noticed that a lot of underprivileged people in and around the busy town struggle to find food. So, since Murthy Mess is situated conveniently near hospitals and bustling streets like Bazar Road and BB Road, they set up a system where anyone who can afford and would like to help the needy, can buy tokens from the counter to sponsor meals for those in need, and pin them on the board placed there, and anyone who's hungry can get a meal for free. It's a simple but amazing way to help out each other. Big applause to the ladies who thought of this idea and to the hotel management for making it happen. It's not just about food; it's about caring for each other and making sure nobody goes hungry.
