One of the finds due to Google rerouting us through Byadigi town due to a traffic jam on the Hubli highway during the long weekend of Deepawali. Asked the locals for a "khanavali" and we were suggested this place. Entered expecting 'Jolada Roti Oota' but had to choose from predominently North Indian menu. Service was fast, taste was quite decent though the dal fry looked fiery red but not spicy. Paneer dry and veg gravies were quite good too. However, the rotis were cold but reasonably soft. Pricing was quite reasonable and serving portions good. If you are looking for a fast lunch when the highway restaurants are packed, this is a good option with a short detour .
