Sri Veerabhadreshwara Tiffin Centre

Sri Veerabhadreshwara Tiffin Centre is one of those local gems you absolutely shouldn't miss if you're in or around Vijayanagar. I've visited this place multiple times and tried a variety of items including: Rice bath, Vangi bath, and Dosa with chutney -- all consistently tasty. I've also had their Bisi Bele Bath, Masala Vada, and Idli -- and each item was well-prepared and satisfying. The taste is genuinely good across the board, and the food feels fresh, flavorful, and local. What stands out the most for me is their Dosa -- served with chutney and a unique aloo palya. This combination gives it a special touch you don't find at most other places. The only thing to keep in mind is -- it's a very popular and crowded spot, especially during peak hours. So be prepared to wait a bit before getting your plate. But the wait is well worth it. If you're nearby, it's definitely a place to try for authentic, flavorful South Indian tiffin.

I had visited for a morning breakfast. A plate of ghee dosa and a Chitranna. Dosa was ok ok and not that much as I was expecting it to be as it was recommended by a food blogger. Over all my experience was normal and not that much of hyped place and for the price offered here I could get two mast masala dosa near my house only. Alu palya was not cooked well and lacked salt in it making it difficult to go with soft dosa. Even Chitranna was also ok ok my wife makes better then them, And vada was also very crispy less on taste but ok ok. The accompanying chatney was the only thing bearable that day I think even through it was also not to the mark of my expectations. Not a place to visit with family as finding a decent place to sit is a challange and yes I had travelled to their place just to tast a better food which was disappointing in the end. Wanted to rate to 2.5 but their I had a good feeling about the name of hotel so only gave it a try. Ok ok ok

We took home parcel and quickly had a open dosa when we were deciding what to be parceled The dosa aalo palya n chutney is awesome Basically other items are home cooked and brought here, hence not really fresh, specially the idli But the Vada was really sooo crispy Loved the dosa and masala vada, but idli was ok ok Will surely go back for the dosa, as the one this time, was shared with the wife

All food items are very good in taste and the cherry on the top is there massala vada is the best

Clean , well maintained. Thatte idli extremely hot and soft. Rice, hot and spicy and tasty. Chutney next level. Serves with a smile
