Instead of nutritious vegetables that was supplied on a regular basis previously, now we often receive cheap substitutes like potatoes and pulses. The quantity of rice varies greatly from day to day, sometimes insufficient to satisfy even a small appetite. This decline in food quality and portion size has been evident over the past two months. What's worse is the inconsistent service. The provider frequently suspends the service with minimal notice, leaving customers like me without food for the day. Moreover, there is no service on Sundays. This unreliability makes it impossible to depend on this service for regular meals. Financial mismanagement adds to the frustration. The provider frequently asks for advances (stating a new personal reason every time) without providing a transparent breakdown of expenses. When questioned, I discovered a significant discrepancy in the calculations, indicating months of exploitation for his personal gain. It has been a week since I requested a refund of the excess money taken, and I have yet to receive it in full. Their policy of partial-refund further demonstrates the lack of integrity and respect for customers. I strongly advise against using Mom's Tiffin Service. They have proven to be unreliable, with declining food quality and questionable business practices. Seek a more reliable and honest service provider to avoid disappointment and inconvenience
