Hangul the lounge and cafe

Being located at such a place makes it stand out , in a way , providing some good looking views. The guys in there are fine. Food is good though there is room for improvement.

We went to hangul for lunch they didn't have most of the dishes available that were listed on menu just some chicken dishes and everything is overpriced. We ordered kadai chicken which was very average...Bad experience

Today I ordered three pizzas - Margherita, Mix Veggie, and Chicken Blast - and honestly, all of them were tasteless. The Margherita pizza, which is supposed to be a classic with the same taste worldwide, was completely disappointing here. The Mix Veggie and Chicken Blast also lacked proper flavor and seasoning. To make things worse, the restaurant was extremely hot because the staff had turned off the AC, which made dining very uncomfortable. The prices are also very high, and yet the quality was not even close to worth it. On top of that, when I paid in cash, they didn't even have proper change to return, which shows poor management. For the amount they charge, customers expect good food, comfortable seating, and proper service - but unfortunately, Hangul Restaurant failed in all these areas. Serious improvement is needed in both food standards and customer service

I visited this restaurant with the expectation of good service and quality. I ordered a mango shake and was made to wait for almost an hour. After such a long wait, instead of a mango shake, I was simply served plain milk -- which was completely unacceptable. This shows a serious lack of coordination and professionalism. Not only was the order wrong, but the delay was also unreasonable. Disappointed with the service and would not recommend it based on this experience.
