First the wrong thali was delivered later instead of acknowledging the fact the owner had audacity to talk at the top of the pitch and not letting you finish your concern and shoot a story rather it was the customer who was to blame there and that she gave wrong two addresses one was the landmark the other was the house number I mean how vague is that!!!!!! If you could simply call and apologize for delivering the wrong food the other party would probably understand and let that go but you would rather put entire blame on the customer, go on making stories. Secondly the quality of food is not up to mark, the chapatis were not fresh, daal had no salt and portion size was too small.
