Hi, Whilst Prisha's food preparation is simple and homely, following are the cons that should dissuade anyone looking for efficiency, consistency and a pleasant interface with this tiffin service: - Improper choice of food stuff in dinner (meant for lunch) - No salad, papad, chutney or achar with food - Proprieter/Owner is unable to manage delivery operations causing missed and inconsistent deliveries at least in DLF Phase-2 Gurgaon area - Dinner will either arrive late or not get delivered at all - Proprieter/Owner will not respond to queries by either calling back or messaging on WhatsApp leaving you guessing whether your meal will be delivered or not - Tiffin Box warmer covers are torn leading to cold food being delivered This tiffin service lacks the professionalism for managing customer expectations and delivery operations
