Hotel Satkar Veraval Somnath

Very poor service. Even no arrangement for D.G in hotel during power cut off. Worse experience ever. No hotel management skills. Rooms were not properly clean. No updated room as per room rent.

This hotel is not good for a multitude of reasons: 1. Very dirty. 2. I assumed online prices were cheaper but paid the highest price possible and stayed in the lowest class possible. 3. Extremely basic facilities. 4. The blankets were extremely dirty. They changed the blankets when we asked them but the new ones were same dirty too. 5.It had the smallest bathroom I have ever been to any hotel. 6. I was told the hot water facility is available between 6AM and 10AM but no hot water.I asked about it and was told to keep water running for about 15 minutes but no hot water even after 20 minutes. The guy then dropped off a few buckets of hot water. This whole ordeal took a while, and if we had hot water, we could have been able to complete it within half an hour and would be on our way earlier. 7. I am not at all exaggerating, but this hotel was the worst hotel we have stayed at till the date. It's not worth the money at all. I would have given it 0 stars, but you can't.

Honestly, at the price point that they give the rooms, they are pretty good. It's a clean place with all basic amenities that serve the purpose. The instructions are clear and the staff is friendly who will help you with a smile on their face. The location is a nightmare for those traveling in groups because parking could be an issue

The rooms are not clean at all and the toilets are also very congested and dirty, the tiles of the building are so bad that nothing can be said, and the charges are so high as if it should be in some luxury hotel, but really I am saying the hotel is busted

Densely populated area. No parking area (not for single car). Old property but the looked good on the ouside and lobby but yhe rooms were not properly clean. Looked like the rooms were dusted a month ago (see pics). Hot water issues are frequent. The staff is nice but facilities and cleanliness is a major issue.
