Tasty food is only 20% complete food. for 100% complete food the restaurant owner should know some other things also like there are many things in the market which are adulterated which he should identify. He should use all types of branded quality spices. They should not use refined oil as it is harmful for health. Branded groundnut oil like Gulab, Ankur, Dhara etc. should be used. Vegetables should also be of best quality and should not be dipped in chemical colours. He should have knowledge that food remains fresh for 5 hours in winter and 2 to 3 hours in summer. This is only 5% explanation which is not enough for belief but still I tried to explain

I have the ownership of Disha Airways Enterprises (a curiar company) Surat,,, I had a big problem of food here but somehow I prepare it myself because I myself am associated with a spiritual organization and I don't want my food to be cooked by someone who doesn't have faith in saints, upnishada. I have had tiffin service from many places before and I always had the problem of constipation. i don't know what quality of flour and oil uses ? Although I had a little problem with this earlier too, but after listening to Bhupendra bhai and started taking tiffin and within 2 months I am now feeling little comfortable and because of this I can assumed that their food quality must be healthy.
