"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We reached just 10 minutes before closing time, but instead of welcoming us properly, the staff kept rushing us and told us to 'hurry up, we want to close.' We quickly ordered our food, but later when we requested a few extra rotis, they refused, saying that the kitchen was closed and staff had left. This is not how customers should be treated - if the restaurant is open, basic courtesy and service should be provided. Very unprofessional behavior and extremely poor hospitality. Definitely not recommended."

We came to this hotel all the way from Madhya Pradesh because it is very famous and well-known for its food. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. While dining here, we found an insect inside a roti, which was extremely unhygienic and shocking for such a reputed place. For a hotel of this standard, we expected much better cleanliness and quality control. The reputation and fame mean nothing if basic hygiene is not maintained. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their food safety standards so that future guests don't face the same problem.

We had lunch at the hotel. Didn't use rooms and stay. Overall good for a quick lunch dinner. AC rooms are also available with a banquet with a good capacity of nearly 300 to 400 people.
