The undhiyu was not at all upto the mark with raw bits in it. The quantity of dal and rice was too less, disappointed about it.When I conveyed about it on whatsapp, they did not even care to respond. That's rude.

Tiffin Uncle's food delivery service in Rajkot is perfect for busy people like me. The meals are filling and super tasty. I love how they balance the spices and flavors so well. Their packaging keeps the food hot, even after delivery!

I am regular customer of them since about last 3 to 4 months. According to their policy you will have to pay in advance to get their tiffin services and if you want to order other than regular meals you can order from application of tiffin uncle and everything you order will count as unit currency of which unit value is your tiffin price per unit. I have had several bad incidents with them but every time I was ignoring thinking they will get better but since last month it got even worse,Their owner is as bad as they can get, they think that if the person has already paid why to inform ? Their customer staff minimum say sorry that they are wrong but not the owner. they don't know how to treat customer, or how to own up to their mistakes (particularly the owner) Not to mention that they change recipe of their parcel when ever they feel like it I had ordered masala papad and paneer tikka salad, knowing that they didn't put papad inside my parcel first they didn't inform me that they did not put it, then after asking they told me that they didn't have papad so they didn't put it inside the parcel. I mean how a restaurant do not have papad??!! And they don't consider to prior inform to customer about the order not available, they just do that and see if customer is aware or call for a follow up or not. I mean pathetic service towards their regular customer is on another level They first write that you will get salad , papad inside the tiffin and you never get that in routine tiffin also.after complaint they just change the things written on their application and say to you that you will not get it I mean really! One time I didn't got my routine tiffin order (which I normally get by around 7:30 pm )so I called them and they said as my room partner order the food for himself I will get my tiffin with him and remember my room partner ordered the food at 7 pm and they are saying to me that your tiffin will be late because of the order from same address I mean look at the audacity that they priorities another order forgetting their routine customers. I have written this review because a person should know this before subscribing to their prepaid tiffin services
